With over 14 years of training experience, Tina has the knowledge and the skills obtained from her BS + MS Degree in Sports Medicine - Exercise Physiology, certifications in personal training, a background in dance, and competing in Figure Bodybuilding.
Tina is passionate about helping her clients achieve their fitness goals - whether its for gaining strength, improving your endurance, improving your performance for a sport, training to be a better bodybuilder or just wanting to lose those few extra pounds. Tina has gained over a decade of experience training athletes, celebrities, corporate professionals, male and female, pregnant women and the average joe.
